First time customers should give us a call at 331-220-2170. Once you are setup as a customer, you can schedule VIA text message, call or use our online booking form.
Photos will generally be ready the next business day; however, we guarantee 48 hours at the latest. Once the photos are ready, we will send you an email with the download instructions and a link to the gallery. You will receive a folder with photos ready to upload into the MLS and a folder with folders ready to print. Both folders should be downloaded onto your computer upon receipt.
We understand that there are many situations that can cause a last-minute cancellation. For same day cancellations, there is a $165.00 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel prior to that, a full credit will be issued for a future session, or a refund can be given minus fees from the financial institutions.
Yes, once you have paid for your photos you own those photographs. Moving Forward Photography may use the photos for marketing purposes only.
